These clients were looking to update their Golden mid-century ranch house while also adding more useable space. The basement is now an incredible space - complete with a gorgeous bedroom, bathroom, living space and even a wet bar! Our team loved the custom aspects of this project. The walnut slat wall in the stairway and the built in bench became a team favorite.
